RETURN POLICY:
we pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope
that you will be pleased with your order.
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY upon
arrival. All defects or damages must be reported within 7
business days of delivery date. If you need to return something,
please send an email to
info@b-onekids.comwithin 7 days of receiving your
order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized
returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the
original packaging. All unauthorized returned packages will be refused. Please note Customer is responsible of all shipping charges on returned or refused items.

We use UPS Ground for most shipping
within the United States.

is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one, two or three days.
All orders are processed Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (PT), 6:00 am to 11:00 am (ET). Customers must take in consideration the item availability for all expedited shipping.
Please keep in mind that there is no weekend processing or delivery for expedited shipping.
